Mercy Ridge

The first phase of this project created apartments for independent residents (380,000 SF), assisted living units (30,000 SF) and a large commons building (45,000 SF) as well as ample parking. The second phase created two additional, seven-story apartments (260,000 SF), single-story assisted living (12,120 SF), another commons building and a structure for the indoor heated pool. Together, it created a beautiful campus setting that meets the needs of contemporary retirees.
