Redwood Apartments

Four years prior to the construction of Redwood Apartments, Morabito Consultants designed the parking garage on the site. When asked to engineer a new apartment building on top of the existing structure, the design utilized large transfer girders over the parking facility. The complete structure features exterior balconies and terraces as well as a sky deck, all with views of Camden Yards.
