Hippodrome Performing Arts Center - Structural renovation and addition of the existing Hippodrome Theater and former Western and National Bank buildings to a modern performing arts center capable of hosting Broadway Theater. This project included restoring the interior of the Hippodrome Theater to its original (1914) condition along with the addition of a new stage house and lobby dressing room building. The two original bank buildings were renovated and expanded to accommodate additional lobby and restroom areas along with museum exhibits, receptions, administrative offices and other support facilities.

Gunther Brewery - Brewers Hill - Structural renovation and modification of the former National Brewery into modern restaurants, retail and office space located in Baltimore City, MD.

Fells Point Maritime Museum - Structural renovation of old storefront/warehouse building for museum/office use, with an addition for elevator and fire stairs and a connection to the adjacent Visitor Center, located in Baltimore City, MD.

Montgomery Park (Former Montgomery Wards Building) - Renovation to eight story concrete high-rise and adjacent one story structure totaling 1,275,000 sq. ft. located in Baltimore City, MD. This building was built in 1925 and 1929 and is connected by an underground concrete tunnel and a one story warehouse and shipping building.

Maryland Historical Society - Addition of 51,000 sq. ft., 3-story gallery building and glass entrance which links the new exhibition spaces to adjacent buildings. Also includes expanded storage facilities and upgraded mechanical systems located in Baltimore City, MD.

Museum of Live Entertainment - Structural design of existing 2-story historic theatre to museum/rehab. of existing marquis and stage, located in Baltimore City, MD.

Canton Court (American Can Building) - Structural design for proposed renovation/additions to existing American Can site located in Baltimore City, MD. The work consists of renovating an industrial building complex into modern retail building.

Brown Memorial Presbyterian - Woodbrook - Structural design of a new 6,000 sq. ft. sanctuary, narthex, and link structure to existing church on Charles Street in Baltimore, MD.

University of Maryland Professional Building - Renovation of existing 180,000 sq. ft, 8-story building to modern offices. Including modification to existing wood floor for mechanical shafts, file loads, etc. Design of mechanical supports for new roof top units.

Avalon Theater - Additions/alterations to existing historical theater. Including analysis of existing wood balcony floor, design of new basement in existing crawl space area, renovation of restaurant.

Walbert Building - Structural design of renovation to existing eight (8) story historical building into modern offices. Design includes addition of new elevator and structural modification of interior bearing walls.

407 East Redwood Street - Structural design of new elevators and stairs to existing multi-story building. Renovation included new mechanical unit support and shaft framing through existing floors.

Inn at Perry Cabin - Renovation and addition to existing restaurant and bar. Design includes addition of feature stair, dumbwaiters, sunroom addition, etc.

Gibson Island Club - Renovation to existing country club. Structural design includes enclosure of outside courtyard area. Complete renovation of kitchen including addition of roof top HVAC units.

Washington Hill Housing - Renovation of 20 townhouses and construction of fifteen (15) new houses in historic district. Includes field verification and structural analysis of existing wood framing. Modification to wood structure to include stair access and loft additions.

Pasadena Inn - Renovation to existing three (3) story wood framed Inn and Meeting Center. Includes field verification and structural analysis of existing wood framing. Design includes structural modification to interior bearing walls and interior columns and beams.

Christ United Methodist Church - Renovation of church and hall plus classroom addition for historic church in Chestertown, MD. Design included new second floor framing in existing two-story space.

Salvation Army - Calvert Street - Renovation of 15,000 sq. ft. historic townhouses into shelter for homeless. Design included new elevator and stair tower along with framed courtyard and covered parking.

Penn Street Parking Garage - Structural design of temporary steel shoring for historic masonry wall for the proposed Penn Street Parking Garage located in Baltimore City, MD.
