Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites - A 16-story, 216,000 sq.ft., 210 unit hotel with indoor and outdoor pools and retail spaces on the The Boardwalk & 17th Street, located in Ocean City, MD.

Harrison Suites & Garage - Structural design of a 17-story, 300,000 sq. ft. 230 room hotel with elevated and on grade support services, a 45,000 sq. ft. on grade parking area; a terrace area with 3 elevated pools; a 6 level, 268 car parking garage with on grade work shops and a 6,000 sq. ft. office at the top level of this garage.
