Morgan State University, Dormitories - Design of two (2) eight story dormitory buildings and dining hall totaling 255,000 sq. ft. in Baltimore City, Maryland on the campus of Morgan State University.

Maryland State Accident Fund - Design of a four story, 80,000 sq. ft. office building over four (4) levels of parking located in Towson, Maryland for Loch Raven Limited Partnership.

Towson Run Apartments - a seven story, 160,000 sq.ft. concrete framed (tunnel formed) apartment building over a retail store/conference center on the campus of Towson State University for Towson Run Limited Partnership.

Saratoga State Center Garage - a six story, 390 car, poured in place beam and slab parking facility located in Baltimore City, Maryland for Maryland Department of General Services.

Charles Hickey School - Design of 48 bed Juvenile Detention Facility and Administration Wing located in Baltimore County, Maryland for Maryland Department of General Services.

FANX II - Additions and renovations to an existing 252,000 sq. ft. computer facility for Department of Defense and Airport Square Company located in Anne Arundel County, MD.

FANX III - Additions and renovations to existing eight (8) story, 450,000 sq. ft. office space for Department of Defense and Airport Square Company. This project included a complete mechanical/electrical upgrade with a three story ice storage facility located in Anne Arundel County, MD.

Delaware Department of Transportation - Repair and renovations of existing 100,000 sq. ft. three story Administration building for the Department of Transportation of Dover, Delaware.

Andrews Air Force Base - Design of two (2) pre-engineered buildings for Andrews Air Force Base in Prince George's County, Maryland.

Communication Integration & Test Facility - Design of two (2) two story, 40,000 sq. ft. buildings for Department of Navy in Washington, D.C
