Anne Arundel Medical Center / Parking Garage – Structural design of a new seven (7) story precast concrete structure, 700 car parking garage for Anne Arundel Health Systems, located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Maryland State Accident Fund Office Building - A four (4) story, 80,000 sq.ft. office building over a four (4) story 80,000 sq.ft. parking garage all framed with poured in place concrete waffle slabs located in Towson, Maryland for Mullan Enterprises.

Office of Traffic Complex – A two (2) story 75,000 sq.ft. office building and a single story warehouse totaling 120,000 sq.ft. for Harmans Associates Limited Partnership, locating in Dorsey, Maryland.

Burdick Garage - A six (6) level, 1,000 car parking garage at Towson State University for Towson Run Limited Partnership, located in Towson, Maryland.

Towson Run Apartments - A seven (7) story, 140,000 sq.ft. apartment building at Towson State University for Towson Run Limited Partnership.

Commercentre Parking Garage - A single story, 420 car parking garage located in Reisterstown, Maryland for MacKenzie & Associates. This facility won the 1987 ACI - Excellence In Concrete Award.

Belt’s Wharf Condominium – Structural design of an eight (8) story, post-tensioned flat plate condominium totaling 210,000 sq.ft. located in Baltimore City, Maryland.

Scarlett Place - A four (4) story, 300 car parking facility below 14 stories of residential condominiums totaling 400,000 sq.ft. located in Baltimore City, Maryland for Scarlett Harbor Associates.

Trinity House – Structural design of a four (4) story, 71,000 sq.ft., 82 unit apartment building for the elderly located in Towson, Maryland. This was developed as a HUD Project with the Associated Catholic Charities as the sponsor.

Office Of Traffic Complex - A two (2) story 75,000 sq.ft. office building and a single story warehouse totaling 120,000 sq.ft. located in Dorsey, Maryland for Harmans Associates Limited Partnership.

Glen Burnie Parking Garage - A five (5) story, 580 car parking garage located in Glen Burnie, Maryland for Glen Burnie Towne Center Associates.

Carousel Parking Garage – Structural design of a four (4) story, post-tensioned beam and slab, 550 car parking facility for the Carousel Hotel & Resort Condominium Association, located in Ocean City, Maryland.

Plaza One Condominium Parking Deck - A single story, 350 car parking garage located in Ocean City, Maryland for Elion Concrete.

Bel Air Parking Garage – Structural design of building foundation and slab on grade for seven (7) story, 1,200 car parking facility for the Town of Bel Air, located in Bel Air, Maryland.

Dunbar Headquarters – Structural design of four (4) story, 50,000 sq.ft. corporate office building for Dunbar Federal Armored Express. This building featured a two (2) story lobby / atrium, brick veneer spandrel panels and a metal stud pitched roof.

Pittsburgh Airport - A structural redesign of the pile foundation (approximately 7,000 piles) for the major airport expansion at Pittsburgh Airport for Berkel & Company.

Federal Express - A structural redesign of the pile foundation for a 100,000 sq.ft. warehouse in Washington, DC for Berkel & Company.

Church Home Hospital Garage - A three (3) level, post-tensioned beam and slab 550 car parking facility for Church Home Hospital in Baltimore City, Maryland. This garage can be expanded vertically by adding two additional garage floors plus a three level office building.

JHU McElderry Street Garage - A three (3) story, post-tensioned beam and slab 650 car parking facility vertical expansion to the existing eight (8) story structure at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore City, MD.

JHU School of Hygiene & Public Health - A new seven (7) story, 75,000 sq.ft. concrete framed laboratory building for Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore City, MD.

Redwood Place Parking Garage – Structural design of eight (8) story residential apartments constructed of post-tensioned concrete flat plate, 800 car parking facility located in Baltimore City, MD. This garage, which is designed for use by fans attending the new Baltimore Stadium, is presently being expanded vertically by adding eight (8) additional floors.

Morgan State University, Dormitories/Blout Hall - Two (2) eight (8) story dormitory buildings totaling 130,000 sq.ft. and design of a six (6) story dormitory and adjacent dining hall at the campus located in Baltimore City, MD.

Union Memorial Hospital Out Patient Building and Office Plus Garage - An eight (8) story, 175,000 sq.ft. outpatient and doctor's office, a two (2) story psychology building, oncology building and a 320 car parking garage located in Baltimore City, MD. Project was completed in 1992.

Union Memorial Hospital, Radiology - A single story, 10,000 sq.ft. building for out-patient radiation treatment center located in Baltimore City, MD. Project was completed in 1992.
