Each building is a 5-story residential condominium over a one (1) level parking structure, totaling 114,000 sq. ft. The structural framing system for these buildings include a wood truss roof and Hambro composite bar joist floor system with precast concrete balcony slabs all supported by interior joist girders, steel beam and wide flange columns and exterior reinforced block masonry bearing walls. The foundation system consists of reinforced ivany block masonry retaining walls and conventional spread footings.
