Havre De Grace Activity Center - Structural design of renovation and additions to existing 29,000 sq. ft. community building located in Harford Co., MD.

Talbot Community Center - Structural design renovation and additions including a 3,224 sq. ft. vestibule and conference facility and a 5,798 sq. ft. team/locker room addition located in Easton, MD.

Maple Lawn Community Building - Structural design of single story, 10,000 sq. ft. wood framed community building, located in Howard County, MD.

Riddle Farm Community Center - Structural design of a single story wood framed 10,000 sq. ft. community recreation center at Riddle Farm, located in Berlin, MD.

Mt. Hebron Outreach Center - Structural design of 5-story, 20,000 sq. ft. building, located in Baltimore City, MD.

The Summitt / Continuing Care Retirement Community - Structural design of new Continuing Care Retirement Community which consists of 80 Independent Living Units, 36 Assisted Living Units, 14 Special Care Units, and a 20,000 sq. ft. Commons Area all in a single building complex totaling 164,000 sq. ft. In addition to the Main Building complex are numerous Garden Homes that consist of four (4) Cottage Unit Houses located in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Bay Hundred Community Pool - Structural design of one story wood frame structure, located in St. Michael's MD.

Father Martin's Ashley - Structural design of 18,000 sq. ft. single story Lecture Hall, Fitness Center and Archives Building, located in Harford County, MD.

St. James Place - Structural design of additions and alterations to existing Retirement Community consisting of 20 Garden Homes, a 3-story, 68 unit Apartment Building, 12,000 sq. ft. Community Building, and 3-story, 75,000 sq. ft. Health Center located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Oak Crest Community Buildings 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and Pool Building - Structural design of 2-story, 45,000 sq. ft. retirement community building, 2-story, 48,000 sq. ft. retirement community building including in ground pool and auditorium/stage and 2-story, 57,000 sq. ft. retirement community building including banquet facility, bank and ballroom located in Baltimore, Maryland.

St. Thomas Episcopal Church - Structural design of single story 4,979 sq. ft. Fellowship Hall to be constructed adjacent to the existing St. Thomas Episcopal Church located in Towson, Maryland.

Westminster / Canterbury - Structural design of new pool building, community center, dining hall and resident units at existing retirement community located in Richmond, Virginia.
