This project which is located in Lutherville, MD was completed for Mercy Medical Center.

Covenant Village Senior Housing - Structural engineering services for a 4-story, 106,000 sq. ft. wood framed, 85 unit apartment building located in Gaithersburg, MD.

Asbury Methodist Village - Structural design of renovations/additions to the existing Building #211 including the construction of 65 apartments in a renovated building that will total 147,863 sq. ft. plus the construction of a 3-story, 121 space precast parking structure totaling 47,700 sq. ft. located in Rockville, MD.

Friend's House - Retirement Community - Structural design of the 24 unit, 15,000 sq. ft, expansion to the existing Friend's House, located in Olney, MD.

Carroll Lutheran Village - Structural design of new 2 story 20,000 sq. ft. Wellness/Fitness Center, new 3-story apartment building consisting of 24 independent living units over first floor retail area and 1-story cottages consisting of 20 units laid out in a neo-traditional design located in Westminster, MD.

The Summitt / Continuing Care Retirement Community - Structural design of new Continuing Care Retirement Community which consists of 80 Independent Living Units, 36 Assisted Living Units, 14 Special Care Units, and a 20,000 sq. ft. Commons Area all in a single building complex totaling 164,000 sq. ft. In addition to the Main Building complex are numerous Garden Homes that consist of four (4) Cottage Unit Houses located in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Marsh's Edge - Structural design of Continuing Care Retirement Community consisting of 50 Cottage units, 87 Apartment units with below grade Parking Garages, Commons Building with below grade Parking Garage, and 43 Health Center Units. This project is located in Glynn County, St. Simon's Island, GA.

The Heritage - Structural design of a new Continuing Care Retirement Community consisting of 269 units of Independent Living, 32 units of Garden Villas, 34 units of Cottages, 23 units of Assisted Living, 75 units of Skilled Nursing, 44,511 sq. ft. of Commons Area, and 9,392 sq. ft. of Wellness / Fitness Center. Also included is a 279 car below grade structural Parking Garage. This facility is located in Brentwood, TN.

Williamsburg Landing - Structural design of Retirement Community consisting of 3-story / 2-story plus garage, 31 unit apartment buildings, 2-story 18,000 sq.ft., wellness / fitness / storage facilities and 36 unit 1-story cottage homes, which utilize neo-traditional design. This facility is located in Williamsburg, VA.

Baywoods Life Care Facility of Annapolis - Structural design of new Retirement Complex including two - 6-story, 3000 sq. ft. Residential Wings totaling 156 Independent Living Units, a 3-story 60,000 sq. ft. Commons Building including a Pool and Dining Area, and a 2-story Assisted Living Building totaling 40,000 sq. ft. structure resting on a framed Plaza Entrance constructed over a 3-story, 115,000 sq. ft., 250 car underground Parking Facility. This new Retirement Community is located in Annapolis, MD.

Blakehurst Retirement Community Phases III & IV - Structural design of new Pool Building, two - 6-story, Residential Wings totaling 130 units with related lower level Parking Garage, plus an expansion of the Health Center, Health Center Dining Room and Clubhouse Dining Room. This facility is located in Towson, MD.

St. James Place - Structural design of additions and alterations to existing Retirement Community consisting of 20 Garden Homes, a 3-story, 68 unit Apartment Building, 12,000 sq.ft. Community Building, and a 3-story, 75,000 sq. ft. Health Center located in Baton Rouge, LA.

Roland Park Place - Structural design of a 2-story, 50,000 sq. ft. Nursing/Assisted Living Facility, 8-story elevator / lobby core addition to existing Residential Tower, and Dining Room, loading dock renovations to existing Retirement Community in Baltimore, MD. This work was completed in three (3) phases.

Westminster @ Lake Ridge - Structural design of new Retirement Community including a 160 Independent Living Units in three - 5-story wings and 2-story, 85,000 sq. ft. Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living Facility. This project which was built in two (2) phases also included a single story Dining Wing, individual Cottages and covered car ports. This project is located in Prince William County, VA.
