Lehigh Valley Industrial Park - Structural design of two (2), mirror image tilt-up warehouse buildings, each totaling 29,490 sq. ft. know as Lehigh Valley Industrial Park located in Allentown, PA.

BGE Piney Orchard Data Center - Structural design of 35,000 sq. ft., single story data center, located in Anne Arundel County, MD.

Global Crossing: Point of Presence - Structural design of 6,234 sq. ft., 2-story telecommunications facility, located in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Global Crossing - Structural design of 44,000 sq. ft. renovation for a telecommunications data center, located in Boston, Massachusetts.

Buck Distribution - Structural design of 158,400 sq. ft. warehouse slab on grade with an additional 24,500 sq. ft. office, and a 5,000 sq. ft. ancillary space on second level. A separate maintenance building is also included totaling 4,750 sq. ft.

ESAC Water Tank - Structural design of repairs to deteriorated concrete water tank building. Also included is the visual review of the concrete slabs and walls of this facility to determine the extent and type of concrete deterioration that needs to be repaired.

Barringer Foreman Technology Park Flex Buildings - Structural design of a one (1) story Flex Building known as Buildings A, B, C and D located in Baton Rouge, LA.

Marley Neck Industrial Park, Lot 3R, Buildings A&B - Structural design of two tilt-up warehouses with a clear height of 32'-0" located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Two (2) mezzanines are constructed for Building B which are approximately 3,000 sq. ft. each. No mezzanines were planned for Building A. Building A consists of 194,450 total sq. ft. and Building B consists of 301,600 total sq. ft.

Display Craft - Structural evaluation for the proposed repair of the north building retaining wall. This included the construction of a tie back system from the interior of the building by a specialty design-build contractor and the repair of the cracked/displayed masonry walls and structural building component that were damaged by the movement of this north masonry wall. This project is located in Baltimore, MD.

Delaware Transit Corporation Maintenance Building - Structural design of addition to the existing maintenance building for the Delaware Transit Corporation located in Georgetown, DE. Included is an upgrade to the original scope of work to ensure conformance with the present building code.

The Flex Building - Structural design of 1-story "L" shaped building totaling 48,000 sq. ft., located in Owings Mills, MD.

Pureland Ridge Industrial Park - Structural design of three (3) tilt-up buildings totaling approximately 81,816 sq. ft., located in Gloucester County, NJ.

Goldwell Cosmetics - Structural design of 130,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and 35,000 sq. ft. headquarters office building for global cosmetics company, located in Anne Arundel County, MD.

G. Heileman Brewery - Structural design of 130,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building bottling distribution facility.

Bomarco Paper Company - Structural design of a single story, pre-engineered metal building paper manufacturing plant totaling 112,000 sq. ft., located in Queen Anne's County, MD.

Fellowes Manufacturing Co. - Structural design of 72,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building paper manufacturing plant in Riverside Industrial Park, located in Harford County, MD.

Oxychem - Structural design of shoring supporting columns and beams during concrete restoration.

A.M. Spice Chili Cooker - Structural design of two (2) level 10,000 sq. ft. mezzanine in existing building, located in Baltimore County, MD.

Amvax Walkable Ceiling - Structural design of 20,000 sq. ft. mechanical mezzanine grating over metal stud joist, located in Prince George's County, MD.

D.J. United Iron & Metal - Structural design of 10,000 sq. ft., one story addition to existing recyclable storage facility, located in Baltimore City, MD.

Gamse Lithographing Co. - Structural design of 13,300 sq. ft. addition for existing lithograding facility, located in Baltimore County, MD.

Johnson Wax - Structural design of 10,000 sq. ft. building addition for support of 13,000 gallon tank, located in Salisbury, MD.

Nevamar - Structural analysis of existing cranes, hoists, pipe supports, etc. at existing manufacturing facility, located in Anne Arundel County, MD.

Office of Traffic Complex - Structural design of 2-story, steel framed office building and two (2), 1-story warehouses for Anne Arundel County Maintenance Operations, located in Anne Arundel County, MD.

Salisbury Public Works Facility - Structural design of five (5), one story pre-engineered metal buildings to total 32,000 sq. ft, located in Salisbury, MD.

UMAB Operations & Maintenance - Relocation of operations/maintenance facility for entire UMAB campus to existing parking garage.

Westinghouse Reverberating Acoustical Test Facility - Structural design detailing of a one (1) story steel frame which encloses the acoustical chamber.

Sherwin Williams - Structural design of tank slabs, pipe supports, catwalks, stairs, etc. for existing manufacturing facility, located in Baltimore City, MD.

Westvaco - Structural design of tank slabs for various existing manufacturing facilities in the Baltimore area.
