AAMC East Campus - ACP South and Wayson Garage - Structural design of 2 new precast parking garages located in Anne Arundel Co., MD: ACP South - new 9.5 level, 1284 vehicle garage that is designed to expand on the south end to easily accommodate a 480 car expansion; Wayson Garage - new 5.5 level, 407 vehicle garage that contains a lower level emergency generator room and single story vehicular deck that provides pedestrian access to the Wayson Pavilion.

AAMC West Campus - ASP and Sajak Pavilion Garage- Structural design of 2 new precast parking garages located in Anne Arundel Co., MD: ASP - 7 level, 989 vehicle garage; Sajak Pavilion - 4 level, 200 vehicle garage expansion to the existing Sajak Garage.

Lombard St. Garage- Structural design of a new 10-story, 545 car, cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete parking garage on a very tight site in Baltimore City, MD for Union Realty.

Liberty & Clay Street Garage - Morabito Consultants is prime lead consultant for the 10-story, 390 car, cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete parking garage on a very tight site in Baltimore City, MD for Artemis Properties.

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Parking Garages on Lots'H', Hoffberger and Levindale - Structural design of 3 precast concrete parking garages; Lot 'H' - 7-story, 600 car; Hoffberger Garage - 6-story, 435; and Levindale Garage - 7-story, 650 car garage all in Baltimore City, MD.

JHMI / Caroline Street Garage - Morabito Consultants, Inc. was prime lead consultant for the functional layout, architectural and structural design of eight (8) story, 1,528 car cast-in-place post-tensioned parking structure on the campus of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore City, Maryland. This facility was designed to support a future four (4) story,100,000 sq. ft. steel framed Out-Patient Center.

JHU – Decker Quad Garage - Structural design of new 3-story, 600 car, cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking structure below a new terrace lawn that is completely buried for Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore City, MD.

30 Light Street Garage- Structural engineering and professional parking consulting for a new 10-story, 545 car cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete parking structure on a very tight site located in Baltimore City, MD.

JHMI McElderry Street Garage - Structural design of a three (3) story, post-tensioned beam and slab 650 car parking facility vertical expansion to the existing eight (8) story structure at Johns Hopkins Medical Institution in Baltimore City, Maryland. This project was a design / build project completed with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.

JHMI School of Medicine Parking Garage - Morabito Consultants, Inc. was prime lead consultant for the structural design of a six (6) story, post-tensioned beam and slab, 450 car parking facility expansion to the existing Washington Street Garage at Johns Hopkins Medical Institution in Baltimore City, Maryland.

Clarion Parking Garage - Structural design of 7-story, 720 car cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete parking garage below a single story staff dormitory in Ocean City, MD.

JHMI - Church Home Hospital Garage Structural design of a three (3) level, post-tensioned beam and slab 550 car parking facility for Church Home Hospital in Baltimore City, Maryland. This design / build garage can be expanded vertically by adding two additional garage floors plus a three level office building.

Good Samaritan Garage - Prime design consultant for the structural design for a new 4-story, 400 car precast parking structure in Baltimore City, MD.

Union Memorial Parking Garage - Structural design of a seven (7) story, post-tensioned beam and slab, 400 car parking facility for Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore City, Maryland. This design build garage, completed for Mullan Contracting Company, can be expanded vertically by adding four additional floors.

Redwood Place Parking Garage - Structural design of eight (8) stories of residential apartments constructed of post-tensioned concrete flat plate constructed over an (8) story 800 car post-tensioned concrete parking facility located in Baltimore City, Maryland. This design / build parking garage was constructed for the new Oriole Park at Camden Yards for A&R Development Company.

Carousel Hotel & Resort - Morabito Consultants, Inc. was prime lead consultant for structural design for a new 550 car, 4-story, post-tensioned beam and slab parking garage located in Ocean City, Maryland.

Burdick Garage - Structural design of a five (5) story, 1,000 car, precast concrete parking facility on the campus of Towson University. This design / build parking garage was completed for the Mullan Contracting Company.

Banc One Parking Garage - Structural design of three level post-tensioned beam and slab 250 car parking facility for Banc One in Baltimore City, Maryland. This design/build garage can be expanded vertically one additional garage level.

Bestgate Parking Deck - Structural design of 32,700 sq. ft. parking deck at Annapolis Commerce Park, located in Anne Arundel County, MD.
