LA Fitness – Woodbridge – Structural engineering services for the structural modifications to a portion of an existing Lowe’s retail store for a new LA Fitness location in Woodbridge, VA.

Worcester Prep Gymnasium – Structural design of single story, 20,600 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building gymnasium, located in Berlin, MD.

Bowie Boys and Girls Club Gym – Structural design of tilt-up building, located in Bowie Maryland.

Bowie Gymnasium – Structural design of a single story, 24,000 sq. ft. gymnasium constructed for the City of Bowie. Structural system consists of clear span structural steel trusses in the gymnasium and wood trusses for the remainder of the building.

Ruxton Country School – Structural design of single story, 23,000 sq. ft. Multi-purpose Building which includes gymnasium, auditorium, and cafeteria located in Baltimore County, Maryland.

Kids In His Care / Christian Day Care Center - Structural design of renovation of the existing four (4) story residential building formerly occupied by the Christian Brothers, into a Christian Day Care Center and the proposed single story addition to the existing gymnasium including a small mezzanine addition.

Phillips School / School for Contemporary Learning – Structural design of two (2) story classroom addition plus single story gymnasium addition totaling 28,000 sq. ft. located in Annandale, Virginia.

Villa Julie College - Multi-purpose Building - Structural design of a new two (2) story Multi-Purpose Building with partial basement and crawl space which houses a gymnasium, locker rooms, student center, offices, classrooms, and aerobics room; three (3) story classroom building; and two (2) story 400+ seat auditorium with support spaces, classrooms, offices, and art gallery on the campus of Villa Julie College in Baltimore County, MD. This $21 million project effectively doubles the total building area of the growing college campus.

Stephen Decatur Middle School - Structural design of single story, 80,000 sq. ft. middle school including classroom wing, gymnasium and cafeteria located in Berlin, MD. This building is owned by the Worchester County Board of Education.

Thunder Hill Elementary School - Structural design of new gymnasium addition and support facilities to existing elementary school located at Mellenbrook Road in Columbia, MD.

Calvert School - Structural design of 30,000 sq. ft. addition/alteration to existing private elementary school, including new gymnasium and classrooms located in Baltimore, MD.

Wilde Lake High School - Structural design of new 500 seat fine arts theater, two (2) gymnasiums and 210,000 sq. ft., 1400 student high school in Howard County, MD.

McDonogh School - Structural design of new 30,000 sq. ft. field house, gymnasium and adjacent lobby and support facility located in Owings Mills, MD.

Western Maryland College - Gymnasium - Replacement and repair of the fire damaged Old Gill Gym. Includes the structural design of a new Techum roof deck supported by new bulb tee sub purlins, steel beams and steel trusses (designed by our office) and a new precast, prestressed concrete plank gymnasium floor which is supported by the existing masonry walls and new interior steel beams, columns and spread footings. Also included is a new slab on grade constructed at the lower level of this building for a new meeting room.

Parkside Career Tech at Parkside High School - Structural design of new single story 108,000 sq. ft. auto body and electronic shops, gymnasium and media/administration addition in Wicomico County, MD.

Southwest Middle School - Structural design of new two (2) story, 91,500 sq. ft. steel framed middle school, including gymnasium addition located in Howard County, MD.

Salisbury Middle School – Structural renovation of existing and construction of several single story additions, including gymnasium addition located in Wicomico County, MD.

Centennial Park III Pavilion – Structural design of single story, 350 seat pavilion for the Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks located in Howard County, MD.

School for Contemporary Learning – Structural design for two (2) story classroom addition, plus single story gymnasium totaling 20,000 sq. ft. located in Laurel, MD.

Washington College Gym Addition – Structural review to ascertain the necessary structural modifications required for a second floor addition to the existing gymnasium located in Chestertown, MD.

Archbishop Spalding High School – Structural design of athletic/academic addition including new gymnasium, lockers, classroom and other support facilities totaling 21,150 sq. ft. located in Anne Arundel Co., MD.

Severn School Gymnasium/Field House – Structural design of a 2-story, 38,000 sq. ft. gymnasium/locker room addition to the existing gymnasium located in Severna Park, MD.
